The purpose of problem identification is that it serves as a stepping stone to a "big picture" solution. By itself this page is merely a curiosity, but in synergy with the solutions page, it is intended as a foundation to building a better future. It is important to consider as many problematic issues as possible, but not at the expense of forgetting action and solutions.
